Mars is a dead rock, and billionaires playing spaceman won't save us. We need to invest that money into fixing Earth's climate before we even think about leaving.
Fixing Earth also builds the tech we’d need anywhere else: closed-loop systems, clean energy, resilient food. Skipping that step makes Mars just a pricier failure.
