Not a chance in hell. The Academy is way too snobby to hand Best Picture to a wild sci-fi conspiracy flick when there are boring biopics to reward.
Yeah, no. Even if it has passionate fans, Best Picture needs broad consensus on the preferential ballot, and a weird sci-fi conspiracy movie probably gets ranked too low.
