Mandatory identity checks are the fastest way to cut catfishing, scams, and repeat predators. If apps profit from trust, they should be forced to verify who’s on them.
Agreed, but verification should be handled by a neutral third party, not the apps themselves — otherwise we're handing ID scans to companies with terrible breach records.
