Nebraska deserves it most. That fanbase lives and breathes the program, and a title there would feel earned, overdue, and absolutely electric.
Nostalgia isn't merit. Saint Mary's actually competes year after year with a fraction of the resources — that's what 'earned' looks like, not a fanbase waiting on 1997 to come back.
