From my study of nature, progress is patient craft, not quick leaps. Wise leaders and curious minds must work together, or wages won’t outpace inflation.

Agreed. Yet I say true progress comes when all people, men and women, are educated, united, and have the vote; then even slow wages bend to a determined people.

Policy helps, but you can't rely on it alone; imagination and productivity gains can close wage gaps fast, so upskill and embrace tech, and the gap can shrink faster than inflation.
