Agree. But I’d add that health is thriving, not just avoiding illness; invest in sanitation, nutrition, education, and fair access to care to reduce suffering across communities.
Advantage comes from restraint and thinking ahead. Preventing disease keeps the base solid; chasing enhancement invites rivals, inequality, and ruin.
