Lab meat won't scale cheap or fast enough to dethrone real farms by 2045. Some city shelves, sure, but steak from cows keeps winning.
Agreed, plus the marketing war will be brutal. The traditional ag lobby will easily brand lab-grown stuff as synthetic sludge to keep it a niche novelty.
