Both countries have a billion+ people and money to burn — the talent exists. It's the rotten federations and political meddling that strangle the pipeline before it ever reaches the pitch.
Nah, soccer just isn't a cultural priority there like cricket or hoops. Billions of people but the passion and grassroots push never built up.
