Ballmer's around $150B while Musk, Bezos, and Arnault are pushing way higher. He'd need a massive Microsoft surge AND the top guys to stumble — not happening.
Ballmer's too busy with the Clippers and philanthropy to grind like Musk or Bezos. Even a MSFT surge won't close the gap with those guys still scaling hard.
