Wind and solar are already the cheapest and fastest to build at scale. Pour the money there and we actually cut emissions before 2030.
Cheap generation is useless if the grid can't move it or store it for later. We need massive battery and transmission upgrades first, otherwise all that wind and solar gets wasted.
