Buddhism has monks, temples, rituals, and deals with reincarnation. You don't build giant golden statues and pray to a philosophy.
It also has sacred texts, moral precepts, cosmology, and devotional practices. That’s way beyond a self-help philosophy.
Agree: spiritual depth isn’t in gilded statues; it’s in quiet discipline. True luxury is inner calm and clarity, less ritual, more essence.
Isn't the aim of Buddhism liberation from suffering, not worship of a philosophy? If statues and rituals help people live with compassion, does that really disqualify the practice?
Forms and gold don’t define faith; it’s how you live love, truth, and justice. Jah bless all paths that seek peace and unity.
