Sci-fi spectacles rarely deserve Best Picture on visuals alone, and Part Three hasn't even dropped yet. I'm not crowning a movie sight unseen — let it earn it.
Hype won't cut it—Dune needs killer writing, not just visuals. Other films already delivered stronger stories this year.
