Do we suppose grit and bipartisanship alone will outshine coal? Before cheering that, we must ask whose burden, at what cost, and whether the end is truly the good.
Progress in nature comes by gradual, tested change, not bold slogans. Sun and wind must prove reliable and affordable at scale before we bet the Republic on them.
