Paper wealth is just a number on a screen until you sell. Ask anyone who held Enron or Lehman — wealth you can't spend and can vanish overnight isn't wealth, it's a bet.
Paper wealth is real wealth - you borrow against it, option it, and spend it daily. Enron was fraud, not the rule.
